- Interior/Exterior Listing Photos - $225
- $225 is the starting price for 0-1499 square feet and goes up from there (full pricing list can be found at https://www.cygilbert.com/scheduling). Each shoot will include a MINIMUM of 28 high-resolution images and feature guaranteed blue skies with clouds, the popular "wet concrete" look, "see-through" windows, "active" fireplaces and TV screens.
- Business Portrait Session - $155 (call for appointment)

- Business Portrait Session with Hair and Makeup - $275 (call for appointment)

Complete hair and makeup services provided by trusted high-level associates, including two outfits and two fully-edited images--all sent in both high resolution and web-ready versions. - These are business portraits done only by arrangement with corporate entities and include one outfit and one fully-edited image, sent to the client in both high resolution and web-ready versions.
- Marketing & Commercial Photos - $75
- This is marketing photography for home stagers, new businesses, cabinetry makers, landscape architects, website designers and many others. Images are priced at $10 each and are delivered in both high resolution and web-ready versions upon payment received. Due tot the unique nature of each project, time and pricing for shoots will vary.
- Family Photography - $400 (call for appointment)
- This is a Family Mini Session which includes the session at one location, several beautiful compositions of the family, and the rights to five high-resolution images suitable for printing!
- Daylight Interior Photos - $175
- This session is only for interior photos and starts at $175 depending on square footage and is adjusted upwards for luxury properties. This price stands as a general quote for the space, but the end price can vary depending on number of images produced and the number of spaces to be depicted.
- Daylight Exterior Photography - $150
- This package starts at $150 depending on the size of the area and the features to be photographed (ie: pool, waterfall, fire pit, bocce ball court, community amenities and attractions, etc). Please inquire for details on actual price for drive time, photography, and post-production.
- Twilight Exterior Photos - $250 (call for appointment)
- This package starts at $250 and is based upon actual area and features (pool, waterfall, fire pit, bocce ball court, other amenities) and are photographed roughly 10-15 minutes after sunset; they are painstakingly color-corrected and edited to the highest level. Please inquire about final pricing with regards to your particular listing and its associated traits.
